Experienced Server for Upscale Fine Dining Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced server for Newman's fine dining restaurant at the Orchard Inn. Upscale clientele. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday Brunch. One to three shifts per weekend may be available. Compensation is generous as we are a prix fixe restaurant - dinner @ $95 and brunch @ $47.50 per person. Must speak well and make a nice appearance and be able to carry heavy trays. Knowledge of fine food and wine a must.
