We are taking Resumes for Full Time Kitchen Professionals Looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the kitchen. Grill, fry, prep and a little sauté. Preference will be given to those with the most experience or who has held leadership roles. I need a solid person that I can depend on to Show Up for Their Shift on Time, Rock the Line, handle it when its busy while still putting out amazing food and keeping the kitchen clean and safe. Prefer Open Availability but I can work with the schedule a little on certain days.
We do Pub Fare such as House made Pretzels, Wings, Smash Burgers, Cheesesteak, wraps, quesadillas, loaded tots etc. We also make most of our food in house. Need to follow our recipes but creative input is welcome like coming up with specials.
We are a small kitchen attached to a brewery, and we do everything together as a team. Prep, cook, wash dishes, clean and run food. We are a laid-back kitchen, but we are all expected to work hard and stay busy. No drama, no talking down to anyone, no yelling or being disrespectful to co-workers. But we all should be able to take constructive criticism from each other and that includes me as well.
