Looking for a morning person. We are a boutique hotel that serves breakfast to our guests every morning. Looking for someone motivated, energetic, gets along well with others and can work by themself.
Responsibilities:
- Open kitchen and get set up for service
- Assist with menu planning and preparation of meals according to dietary guidelines
- Prepare and serve meals to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure proper portion control and adherence to dietary restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the dietary department
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, culinary, or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to use knives and other kitchen tools safely and effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
