Asheville Proper, a live wood fire dining restaurant, is hiring for Back of the House full time PM Kitchen Line Work
We are located in downtown Asheville in the historic Grove Arcade building. We are a farm to table restaurant, where every dish on the menu touches the wood fire grill in some capacity. The line cook will be expected to keep their station clean, will learn and be cross trained across the kitchen stations, will facilitate prep work with the Chef's and could be consulted on menu ideas and specials with the Chef's
- Full time pay rate: $22 per hour
Applicant needs:
- Good Teamwork and Communication skills
- Night and Weekend availability
- Pride in their work and food output
- Prior restaurant experience
Wednesday - Monday, Closed every Tuesday, and most major Holidays
