Accounting firm seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized bookkeeper to join our growing team. Candidate will be responsible for numerous clients' accounting, finance requirements, and payroll.
Qualifications for this position include:
Proven bookkeeping experience
Minimum of 1-year experience with QuickBooks
Minimum of 1-year payroll experience
Knowledge of payroll taxes and payroll tax reports
Data Entry
Candidate also must:
Be reliable
Be able to multi-task
Create great customer relations
Communicate clearly
Be organized
Be accurate and detail oriented
Meet consistent deadlines
Follow confidentiality rules
The ideal candidate should understand basic bookkeeping/accounting principles and have the ability to calculate and post accounting figures and financial records along with data entry skills. Pay depends on experience.
