Are you experienced in driving omnichannel growth through innovative and effective paid search strategies? Do you excel in creating, analyzing, and optimizing SEA campaigns? Are you that colleague who’s always up to date with the latest trends and technologies within search, AI, and digital marketing in general? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!As a paid search specialist, your aim is to generate high quality traffic to Rituals’ omni channels (WEB/APP & retail) by growing our online visibility within 30+ countries. In this role, you will be responsible for managing big budgets to run Search and Shopping campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads. Using your experience in search engine advertising, you will design and implement targeted campaigns that ensure our ads reach the right audience at the right time.This matches you as an enthusiastic paid search specialist. For 32-40 hours per week, you will:Effectively manage, optimize, and innovate our current and future campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, maintaining a healthy ROAS.Analyze results to spot optimization opportunities and make data-driven decisions.Provide detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for future strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, marketing, display, paid social) internally to develop and implement paid search strategies that align well with the overall business goals and vision.Maintain relationships with external partners, such as Google or media agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Continuously (A/B) test new features, formats, or strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and share knowledge internally.Contribute to team success by enhancing processes and best practices.You will be joining the Digital Marketing team within the Digital department. In your day-to-day, you will work together with our Sr. Paid Search Specialist, but you’ll also become part of the team with all our paid channel specialists.
