Head of HR Benelux

You will lead a team of HR professionals (HR Advisors, Recruitment Manager, Casemanager NL and Health & Safety Advisor) and have a dotted line towards the HR Operations team. Besides that, you will work closely with the Country Director Benelux and the rest of the Benelux MT. You also team up with the international HR community. Your goal is together create a thriving, people-first culture that fosters engagement, leadership, and growth.This is a dynamic key position within a high-speed retail environment. You are HR end-responsible for around 2000 people including 75 local head office colleagues.
