Sales & Revenue Generation Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new group sales opportunities - with a key focus on restaurant group bookings (such as group dinners), events, and partnerships for both business and leisure guests.  Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for both hotel and restaurant through strategic selling, upselling, and cross-promotions. Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends in group dining, MICE travel, and hospitality experiences, along with insights on competitors. Develop and implement creative offers and packages that drive business growth throughout the year, including low-season periods for the hotel and restaurant.  Client Relationship Management Serve as the go-to contact for group bookings, understanding each client’s needs and providing tailored solutions across both hospitality and dining. Build long-term relationships with travel planners, event organizers, and local partners to drive repeat business. Stay in regular contact with clients post-event to gather feedback and identify new opportunities. Group Booking Coordination Respond efficiently to all group inquiries—whether hotel stays, private dining, or full-service events. Work with the Marketing, Reservations and F&B teams to prepare competitive proposals, promotions, negotiate rates, and secure signed contracts. Coordinate with operational teams to ensure seamless execution and memorable guest experiences.
