Senior Compensation Analyst

The Opportunity: In this position you will be part of a fun and international team supporting Compensation & Benefits for EMEA. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise and a deep understanding of benchmarking, analysis of compensation & benefits processes, and a commitment to data integrity and compliance. In this role you collaborate with the global Total Rewards team, the EMEA People & Culture team, payroll and external providers.What Your Impact Will Be: Conduct compensation benchmarking and survey analysis to support the company’s salary range design, levelling and incentive programsSupport the compensation planning and promotion cyclesPartner with P&C Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation recommendations for new hires and promotionsCollaborate with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of compensation related itemsManage the Sales Incentive Plan payout calculation processMaintain the compensation analysis toolPerform audits on data integrity related to compensation, benefits and bonus plansDrive EMEA wide projects  related to Compensation & Benefits and Payroll
