A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED NURSE - RN, AT CONSULATE HEALTH CARE!

In your capacity as a Skilled Nursing Facility, Registered Nurse - RN, you will assume a crucial role in overseeing patient care within the senior living setting. Your responsibilities include supervising a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility protocols, and coordinating personalized care for residents in collaboration with other staff members. As an RN, you will manage certified nursing assistants, handling tasks such as determining work assignments, staffing schedules, and recruitment. Beyond administrative duties, you will provide hands-on nursing care to residents while embodying our core values. Your role extends to implementing innovative ideas and fostering continuous improvement in systems and processes specific to skilled nursing facilities care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Active state nursing license

Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities is preferred but not required. We also hire new nursing school graduates.

WORK SCHEDULE

Most centers have schedule options for morning, afternoon, and night shifts available to RNs. Shifts are typically between 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM.
