Reservations Supervisor
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations supervisor, you will be the first experience of our hotel and brand. Guiding guests in the booking processes and day to day guest relations. As the supervisor you will be the lead member of the team so a good knowledge of reservations and opera systems is preferred.Your role will include but is not limited tomaking/amending bookings.managing of group bookings (quotes, contracts, payments and more)liaising with new potential guests/groups/companies.liaising with the other departments within the hotel.managing the day to day needs of the department alongside the FOM.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling.
Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system.
