Credit Analyst

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Credit Analyst in Woodbury, New York. As a Credit Analyst, you will function as a key player in our financial team, with responsibilities including processing payments, evaluating credit worthiness, and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities: Address all orders which are on hold in the system for assigned accounts. Communicate with accounts regarding open orders and invoices. Perform collection activities for open balances in assigned accounts. Analyze assigned accounts to predict and reduce potential risk of delinquency. Process payments on a daily basis, collaborating with the Accounts Receivable Team to resolve any outstanding issues. Evaluate the credit worthiness of accounts and review for potential credit limit adjustments. Participate in phone communication and provide high-level customer service to both internal and external customers. Collaborate with Showrooms and Sales Associates to promote sales while minimizing risk. Process necessary account refunds. Requirements Must possess strong skills in Credit Analysis. Experience in Collections is required. Ability to Process Refunds efficiently. Proficiency in Processing Payments is necessary. Must have the ability to assess Credit Worthiness.
