Benefits. $113,000-$140,000/Year.Closing Date: June 26, 2024National Fuel is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Program Manager for an outstanding career opportunity in our Information Technology department located at our corporate headquarters in Williamsville, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective implementation, use and management of Microsoft 365 applications, including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and related Microsoft applications and technologies across the Enterprise. Your primary focus will be on the planning, coordination, and execution of efforts necessary to implement new Microsoft capabilities and functionality. In addition, you will be responsible for enveloping and implementing usage policies, ensuring governance, and driving user adoption to enhance the overall digital workplace experience. As a member of the National Fuel team, you will enjoy an exciting and challenging work environment where top performance is recognized and rewarded. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grasps tech trends, see their effect on the Enterprise collaboration platform roadmap, and how they impact current solutions.

Support the team in keeping the product vision clear by building a product roadmap, a strategic visual summary that shows the vision and direction for the product offering over time.

Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with the team.

Shows eagerness to constantly update their knowledge of new tools, techniques, and methods.

Explore new digital tools and technologies, suggesting those that will help the organization.

Creates user-centered designs based on business and functional requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings.

Coordinates with Enterprise and Security Architects to adhere to design standards and industry regulations.

Establish governance frameworks for data, access, and collaboration.

Understands IT governance and project management methodologies such as ITIL and Agile.

This position is hybrid and will have an onsite requirement.LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams, working closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization and beyond and gives perspective to define goals and create a vision for development projects.

Skill inaligning the needs of the business and the potential of the technology.

Guide the team in planning releases by developing a list of product features.

Foster collaboration within team and across program.

Responsible for prioritizing the product backlog.

Solid business sense and leadership skills - demonstrated history of being a trusted advisor to senior leaders.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems.

Microsoft certifications in relevant areas a plus (e.g., MS-100, MS-700).

Strong understanding of OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint functionality and best practices.

Initiative, innovation, professionalism, excellent leadership, interpersonal and excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a cooperative team environment.

Well organized, self-motivated person with strong customer service, project, and analytical skills.HOW TO APPLY:
