18.84-21.20 per hour | Williamsville, NY, USA | Hourly | Corporate | Full Time Stark Tech is looking for a Customer Service/Collections Specialist to join the team! The Collections Specialist is responsible for leading credit and collection activities with support from the business units' operating teams, as necessary . This individual will be expected to meet DSO targets established for each business unit along with the creation of monthly metrics/dashboard for management reporting. If you have strong communication and customer service skills, we want to talk to you! What we would love to see:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Proven customer service and/or collections experience.

Experience with monthly reporting (DSO).

Working with ERP system or similar.

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.

Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
