Description We are looking for a skilled Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in WEST HENRIETTA, New York. The primary role of the HR Manager will be to manage employee relations, administer benefits, and oversee payroll operations. This is an onsite role that demands a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures, including experience with ADP and ATS systems. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll using ADP and other relevant systems Maintain strong employee relations and act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and issues Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Utilize HRMS and other systems to maintain accurate employee records and data Implement and manage ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) systems to streamline HR processes Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all HR functions Manage various HR-related tasks including, but not limited to, compensation administration, timekeeping, and compliance Utilize skills in Ceridian and About Time software to enhance HR operations Handle employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism Maintain an understanding of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure company's compliance. Requirements Proficient in ADP - Financial Services Experienced in using ADP Workforce Now Knowledgeable in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Familiar with Ceridian Skilled in HRMS Proficient in About Time software Experience in Benefit Functions Knowledge in Compensation Administration Familiar with Compliance regulations and procedures Experienced in handling Employee RelationsPlease reach out to Briana Calabrese for immediate consideration.
