Description Robert Half is partnering with one of their valued clients to find a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and reconciling accounts.
Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely processing of invoices.
Assist with month-end close and prepare financial statements and reports.
Monitor bank accounts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities as requested.
Collaborate with team members and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation to support accounting and tax filings.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or similar role.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with great attention to detail.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and other relevant financial tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
