Bookkeeper needed for small office. Must know how to process A/R, A/P, Payroll (outsourced), attendance control, bank recs, deposits, cash/credit sales receipts, filing, answer phones, prepare quotes, order supplies, HR duties including new hire paperwork and ongoing benefit administration. Receptionist for occasional customer , sales vendor or employee interaction. Excellent organizational skills and Quickbooks experience a must. Benefits for full time include vac/sick time, 401K, holiday pay, bonuses, health insurance, and life insurance. Ideally the candidate would work full time Mon to Fri in the summer and part time flex in the winter.
