Kforce has a client that is seeking a JDE Principal in Watertown, WI.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Management:
The role should interact with the business to understand their requirements, help prioritize, understand the impact on business and work with various stakeholders to agree on a solution design and present these requirements at the strategic development board meetings
The JDE Principal should work with the North America Executive team, Centre of Excellence (CoE) team, Business Process owners (BPOs) and the regional key users to agree the delivery schedule
Continuous Improvement:
Utilizing their Oracle ERP skillset and understanding of the technical and functional capabilities of the application landscape, this person will look for opportunities to enhance the Americas business through process efficiency and exploitation of the technology we have invested in, this will include suggesting and managing improvements as well as working with the central team on upgrade cycles across the application landscape
Guidance:
Implementing Standards, Methodologies and Tools such as documentation and knowledge repositories as well as making sure training materials are managed and support Change Management activities
Governance:
The person will represent to the project delivery status, risks and issues and will also be part of the ongoing governance of the working closely with the functional, technical and infrastructure teams; This will include being part the Design Authority and Change Advisory Board as well as managing the prioritization of requests coming in from the business
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or other related area of professional business experience (MBA or related Master's degree desirable but not essential)
15 or more years of IT and business/industry work experience including previous experience of working in JD Edwards/Oracle ERP environment
Strong Oracle JD Edwards experience and other oracle applications like Value Chain Planning and Oracle SaaS products
Key Oracle applications are JD Edwards, Oracle CRM, CPQ, Demantra, Advanced supply chain planning, and strong Field Service Support knowledge
Experience in Service management including field service management and supply chain processes preferred (Service planning and execution, Supply chain planning and execution)
Leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders
Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture, business re-engineering principles and processes, and basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
