Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Product Support Specialist in WAPPINGERS FALLS, New York. The selected candidate will be working in our industry, focusing on executing project management processes, ensuring control and quality in all implementations, and working cross-functionally to ensure customer success. Responsibilities: Execute project management processes according to industry best practices Ensure control, predictability, and quality in all implementations Clearly define project goals, deliverables, and roles for the complete scope of all implementations Make recommendations on configuration for rapid adoption Drive the right level of planning for all parts of the project Deliver objectives within agreed constraints on cost, quality, and schedule Report the true status of the project clearly to stakeholders Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success and timely implementations Utilize skills in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Cleansing, and Data Mapping in all tasks. Requirements Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis is essential Strong skills in Data Analysis are required Proficiency in performing Data Cleansing tasks Experience with Data Mapping is necessary Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively Proficient in using various data analysis tools and software Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred Strong understanding of product support processes and procedures Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Excellent customer service skills and client-facing experience Proven track record in improving product support strategies.
