You will assist with order entry, handle general inquiries, and ensure accuracy in the purchasing process. As the first line of communication for our client, a medical device company focused on limiting malpractice in the healthcare space, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Provide customer support for client products via multiple channels.
Assist with order entry and general inquiries.
Work with purchasing departments to ensure accuracy in the purchasing process.
Handle scheduling, billing, data entry, and data reports.
Coordinate with field techs or tech support for simulator issues.
Manage a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Experience in customer service or call center environments.
Proficiency in data entry and report generation.
Ability to handle busy days and manage multiple calls.
Prior experience highly preferred.
Hiring based on experience and soft skills.
Work Hours:
Second shift: Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM.
35 hours per week.
