Description Hannah Savage with Robert Half is in the process of hiring an Accounting Administrative Assistant for one of their clients who can seamlessly navigate the demands of a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment. This role will primarily involve providing administrative support to our accounting department, assisting with day-to-day tasks, AP/AR, and ensuring smooth operations. This role will be the front face of the office greeting customers, triaging, and handling other tasks as assigned.Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment processing.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.

Prepare and distribute financial reports as needed.

Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for financial transactions and reporting.

Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional business setting.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with accounting software is a plus.
