Direct patient care will also be provided in the outpatient setting with supervision of the fellow’s clinic from time to time. The faculty member will have the opportunity to mentor and teach medical students and residents. Opportunities to join and eventually lead clinical research studies are also available onsite. This position requires a full time strong commitment to patient care, teaching and research. Qualifications / Requirements:MD or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, ABIM Board certified or board eligible in Infectious Diseases. Licensed, or eligible, by the New York State Board of Medical Examiners.
