We’re looking for an experienced Head Fabricator/Welder to join our team. If you’re a pro with TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless, and know your way around grinding, sanding, and getting everything just right, we want to hear from you. You’ll be working on everything from high-end store fixtures and furniture to industrial components, all while keeping a sharp eye on quality and tight tolerances. We need someone who can read prints, follow them to a T, and know how to handle saw cutting and brake forming when the job calls for it. Most of the work is in-house, but there might be the occasional on-site job as well. If you're a master craftsman who takes pride in your work, we’d love to have you on board.
Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel with precision and care
Grind, sand, and finish metal parts to exact specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate parts to tight tolerances
Operate saws, brake forming machines, and other metalworking tools safely and efficiently
Ensure all work meets high-quality standards for industrial components, store fixtures, and furniture
Assist with assembly and final inspection to guarantee fit and finish
Occasionally work on-site as needed, ensuring all projects are completed on time and to specification
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise
