Skilled remodeler

I am looking for another dependable, self-motivated, worker who knows residential remodeling, example: can read tape measure, knows how to use power tools, basic carpentry, drywall, flooring, doors, windows, knows the proper steps in remodeling, with abilities to work on their own at times. $20 hr. to start, raises based on what I think your abilities are later, can include bonuses and side work when available. Must have own working cell phone, transportation and basic tools. (Hammer, Tape measure, screw drivers, drill, box knife, tool pouch, ect).
