Divine Brothers Company is one only four Buffing Wheel and Polishing Compound manufacturers in the US and we’re located right here in Utica, NY!
The products we make are used to polish all types of metal from jewelry, to musical instruments, silverware, and many more!
We are looking to hire a few hardworking and dedicated employees in our Polishing Compound department.
NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
We have no expectation that you come in knowing anything about our products or processes.
Our expectation is that you have a willingness to learn and have attention to detail.
The individuals who will excel in this department will work together as part of a team within the department.
Responsibilities Include:
Measuring and mixing raw materials according to recipes and formulations
Operating machinery and equipment safely as required for each order
Quality checks the finished products to ensure consistency and accuracy
Power wash and paint returned barrels in preparation for the next order

Requirements Include:
Must speak, read, write and understand English
Must have basic math skills
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs without restriction
Compensation:
Starting at: $18.00/hr. with the potential to make $19.00/hr.
Hourly Adder: An additional $1.00/hr. will be paid for meeting the following criteria:
A combination of Worked hours/PTO/Holiday time equal at least 40 hours for the week.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday -Friday 6am – 2:30pm
Base Salary: $18.00/hr
