Requirements
Perform Custodial-cleaning tasks along with other personnel in the performance of the contract.
Assist with preparing weekly time sheets, supply request forms, accident reports, and time off requests for personnel working with them.
Monitor inventory of supplies and communicate to the Project Supervisor when supplies need to be ordered.
Work closely with the Project Supervisor in planning and coordinating all the various duties assigned to the job site.
Maintain a preventive maintenance program for all equipment on-site and communicate with the Project Supervisor when repairs are required.
Ability to lead and work with people to ensure they reach their optimum level of performance.
