Help us create innovative solutions that drive efficiency and unleash the power of the high-tech workforce around the world.Principal Service Solutions is hiring an Adjustment Technician whowill be trained in the modification, installation, servicing, and maintaining semiconductor equipment in a manufacturing facility.This is a long-term, full-time position with full benefits and training based out of Utica, New York.We are searching for detail-oriented people who possess robust electro-mechanical experience and a strong work ethic that are looking for a chance to continue building a career that offers unlimited opportunities for growth and career progression.Military Backgrounds and Electro-Mechanical Backgrounds Encouraged to ApplyPay Rate $25.00 - $28.00/hour DOESchedule:

Monday to Friday - 8hour days or 10 hour days depending on need

EXTENSIVE TRAVEL REQUIRED

Project will start in Utica, New York and then move to Sherman, Texas

RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Follow all corporate safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.

Perform routine installations and/or maintenance on assigned products.

Perform log analysis of system errors during Qualification and test.

Assist on-the-job training to the internal technician in routine operation, installation, and troubleshooting of assigned products.

Effectively troubleshoot issues for both hardware and software.

Professionally interact with and understand technical information from the internal team. Professionally interact with multi-national and multi-language teams.

Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork and Status Reporting with supervision.

Input data to QA / QC check sheet and report creation and submission to Installation Site Manager.

Attend daily field meetings.

Work with minimum supervision, as needed.

Recommend technical solutions/resolutions to engineer groups.

REQUIREMENTS:

Technical School or Military Certification is preferred

2 - 3 years of maintenance, technician or general electro-mechanical experience

No degree required

Knowledge of electrical/electronics diagnostic instruments and shop/hand tools.

Ability to read electrical/electronics schematics and blueprints and diagnose/troubleshoot electro-mechanical devices.

Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player. Flexible, and willing to work a compressed work week.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to work with heights, (Ladder, Scissor lift, Etc.)

Working knowledge of Digital Voltmeter and Oscilloscope functionality

PC skills (MS Office, Excel, Windows)

Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain all necessary travel documents.
