Construction Company seeking Accounting Manager and Administrative Assistant in our Utica, NY office. Hours are Monday through Friday 8-4:30. We are a casual small office with casual work environment. This is not a remote position.
Accounting position duties include:
-Payroll (ADP)
-Accounts Receivable
-Accounts Payable
-Quickbooks
-Report Processing
-Union Reports
Office Administrative Assistant duties include:
-Prepare Proposals
-Change Orders
-Subcontracts
-Office Tasks (filing, organizing, processing documents)
-Assist all departments as requested
-Must be familiar with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams and Adobe
Construction background is desired but not required.
