An effective communicator, capable of figuring out how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding
Actively seeking new ways to grow and challenge yourself, using both formal and informal development
Passionate about working in a healthcare setting and committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience
You Will:
Perform check-in procedures for patients upon their arrival at the clinic and prepare them for their visit
Monitor patient flow and whereabouts to contribute to efficiency and fluidity of the patient visit
Collaborate with all teammates to ensure a smooth and organized patient visit and thoughtful sendoff
You Have:
One year of relevant experience, experience in customer/patient service is strongly preferred
A proven dedication to healthcare through work, internship, or volunteer experience
Ability to handle acutely ill patients in stressful situations with a positive demeanor
Strong digital literacy #LI-Onsite
Hours vary between 6:15 am and 10:00 pm (Monday-Friday, occasional weekends). Schedules are provided one week in advance and flexibility between shifts is expected.
