In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end production planning across all value streams at XOS. This includes, but is not limited to, engineering factory leveling takt, achieving on-time delivery objectives for the factory, and assisting all Operations leaders in driving continuous improvement. This is a paid on-site position in East Greenbush, NY (near Albany, NY) and will include about < 5% travelling, for trainings, etc. In this role, a typical day will look like:
Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of XOS's next-generation visual production control boards and factory KPI tracking templates.
Coordinate resources, including people, machines, materials, and equipment, working closely with the production supervisor.
Provide technical support to ensure accurate and timely production transactions.
Serve as the primary point of communication for production-related disruptions not related to quality (Epicor errors, stock-outs, BOM defects).
The essential requirements of the job include:
3 years of demonstrated record of management accomplishments in a manufacturing organization within a metric-driven, stretch-goal environment with yearly improvement goals.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production plans.
4 yearBachelors degree in a technical field like Operations/Supply Chain Management or Engineering
Proficient in Excel with an elevated level of skills to analyze data sets and create factory templates.
Proven ability to effectively balance day-to-day management tasks with systemic problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to influence others.

The salary range for this role is $59,000 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
