The incumbent will partner with institute leaders on their annual marketing and communications plans, and communications roadmaps. The incumbent will provide day-to-day oversite of OCEC web, brand and editorial teams. RequirementsCandidates will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, integrated marketing communications, or a related field. Candidates are expected to have 10 or more years of professional and progressively responsible experience to include successful experience in a similar capacity at a top tier agency or a matrixed environment. Candidates must have demonstrated experience as a seasoned storyteller and be well-rounded marketing communications professionals with proven ability to develop and experience managing a high-energy, highly productive, accountable team of creative professionals in a matrixed environment. Candidates must have creative sensibilities and the ability to navigate and build relationships with leaders in a scholarly environment. Importantly, candidates must have an understanding of brand: how to grow and nurture one; as well as branding: how to manifest it in the market to increase engagement.
