Apply now!Job SummaryThe Assistant Vice President of Marketing Communications will be accountable for the execution of university storytelling campaigns and initiatives. The incumbent will partner with institute leaders on their annual marketing and communications plans, and communications roadmaps. The incumbent will provide day-to-day oversite of OCEC web, brand and editorial teams. RequirementsCandidates will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, integrated marketing communications, or a related field. Candidates are expected to have 10 or more years of professional and progressively responsible experience to include successful experience in a similar capacity at a top tier agency or a matrixed environment. Candidates must have demonstrated experience as a seasoned storyteller and be well-rounded marketing communications professionals with proven ability to develop and experience managing a high-energy, highly productive, accountable team of creative professionals in a matrixed environment. Candidates must have creative sensibilities and the ability to navigate and build relationships with leaders in a scholarly environment. Importantly, candidates must have an understanding of brand: how to grow and nurture one; as well as branding: how to manifest it in the market to increase engagement. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to lead and engender cooperation from others in a matrixed environment and drive teams to deliver results.Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.Starting Salary/RateExpected hiring range:

Assistant Vice President: $185,000-$195,000
