How do you excel in this position

The Production Planner oversees the development, communication, monitoring, and adjustment of production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery requirements. They optimize resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. Additionally, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency and performance metrics.

What are we looking for

Bachelor's degree in business supply chain or related field required or equivalent experience.

3- 5 years of experience in scheduling and planning in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with complex, engineered to order systems preferred.

Ability to communicate clearly and balance multiple competing inputs from Engineering, Purchasing, Suppliers, and Manufacturing team.

Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
