We are looking for a Dealer Maintenance Coordinator to join our amazing Commissions team. To achieve success this position will need to have a strong communication skillset, attention to detail, and a persistent follow-through attitude. Location: This position may be done HYBRID out of one the following home office locations or fully remote:

Houston, TX: 11740 Katy Freeway, Energy Tower III Ste 600, 77079

San Diego, CA: 10150 Meanley Drive, San Diego 92131

Syracuse, NY: 100 Madison Street, Syracuse 13202

Compensation: $40,000 - $44,000

Position Purpose:

Dealer Maintenance is responsible for ensuring that the transition of an agent’s client information is seamless and accurate. This position works closely with affiliated representatives to make updates to client information with both vendor companies and in the back office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Acts as a liaison between representatives and vendor companies relating to address changes, client updates, and any other pertinent client information housed at affiliated sponsor companies

Responsible for systematic updates moving clients from one approved rep number to another.

Services OSJs and their representatives with overall maintenance of client information housed at vendor companies and within the Broker Dealer’s back office system

Assist with various special projects and client information request. (I.e. Service block transfer request for newly affiliated representatives.)

Required Skill Set and Experience:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office with particular focus on MS Word and strong ability to use Excel to perform VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.

Proven research skills, verbal and written communication in order to summarize and explain information to Financial Advisors and business partners.

Candidate should have some Broker Dealer experience.

College degree or comparable experience

Candidate should be able to work with and against strict deadlines
