We are seeking a skilled Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to read work scopes and perform various tasks related to window installation. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on Installation site sites.
Responsibilities
Install windows according to specifications and building codes.
Read and Work scopes and customer contracts.
Measure and cut materials accurately for window frames.
Utilize caulking and sealing techniques to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing.
Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites.
Qualifications
Proven experience in window and door installation
Familiarity with caulking techniques and materials.
Ability to bend and install coil.
Ability to install interior wood work as needed
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
