We're looking for an experienced, trustworthy, hard working, reliable rehabber/contractor in the Syracuse area who stands behind his work. Please do not respond to this ad unless you are experienced, insured, web presence, and have good references as well as photos of recently completed projects. My projects range from very minor to complete renovations. For example, I may require site visits and estimated cost of renovation prior to purchase in order to make purchase offers, to complete renovations which can include all mechanicals, roofs, foundation work, and all finish work.
