You will be responsible apartment turnover and miscellaneous items in apartment buildings. Once a week you will need to vacuum the hallways and maintain the premises inside and out. This is a PART TIME position or ON CALL as needed. This is a relatively EZ job but we need someone onsite to manage contractors, and tenants! Perfect for a retiree.
