Job Responsibilities
The area's leader in the pool industry is looking for crew leaders to join our team of experienced installers and service technicians. This individual will have contact with the customer in the field and must have a strong customer service focus in addition to a well-rounded understanding of general pool construction, The ideal technician should be experienced in the installation of new pools, liners, along with experience in basic pool repair. The successful candidate will demonstrate that they are a self motivated person with the ability to work independently or to supervise other individuals in working on projects. Must be able to interact with office staff to define installation and repair schedule. They will always strive for quality of work and scheduling efficiency. A clean driving record and current, valid NY drivers license is a requirement. Position is based out of the North Syracuse location but will travel to job sites on a daily basis.
