D&W is looking for a Store Manager for our Auburn, NY location. This person will lead the branch in achieving its goals of healthy growth, exceptional customer service and being a great place to work.
Job Responsibilities:
Player / Coach position.
Lead branch efforts to provide excellent customer service.
Supervise, train, and evaluate customer support and warehouse staff.
Manage Drive-in bays, ensuring work is completed correctly and profitably.
Ensure service revenue and gross margin goals are met.
Ensure the safety of your staff.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of demonstrated successful management
Prior service management experience desired
Must be an outstanding leader
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Strong decision making, problem solving and time management skills
Highly analytical and well organized

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $83,500 annual
