We buy distressed properties, rehab them to high standards, and rent them out for long-term returns. We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee our rehab projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct daily site visits to active rehab projects to monitor progress.
Provide detailed updates (written reports, photos, and videos) on job site conditions and any challenges.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed on schedule.
Ensure that all work complies with building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Work closely with company leadership to develop project timelines and budgets.
Oversee final inspections and punch-list walkthroughs before tenant move-in.
Qualifications:
Experience in construction project management, real estate development, or house flipping.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project scheduling.
Excellent problem-solving skills to avoid delays and budget overruns.
Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, city officials, and internal teams.
Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects at once.
Reliable transportation for daily job site visits.
