Swiss Village is looking for full-time Leasing Consultant.
As a Leasing Consultant you will often be the first point of contact for anyone calling, visiting or emailing the property. The primary role is to oversee all aspects of leasing . Additional duties may be assigned based on property needs.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, positive, customer service professional and can show a genuine interest in the people walking through the property door, while keeping focus on executing the rental. A minimum of 2 years leasing and customer service experience is required.

A sincere passion about working with apartments and property management
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering busy phone lines and emails
Showing apartments to prospective tenants
Tending to resident needs and concerns
Enforcing property rules and regulations
Screen applications in accordance with company guidelines
Completing leases and other related paperwork/filing
Draft work orders for maintenance staff
Data entry
Oversee apartment preparation
Focus on resident retention and sales & marketing of the community
The ideal candidate must:
Have 2 years of leasing/customer service experience
Have and maintain dependable transportation
Have experience with property management programs
Possess excellent written communication and organizational skills
