You’ll be the top dog! Running a multi-million-dollar community means wearing lots of hats – some days you’ll be posting rent or paying invoices while other days you’ll be out on the property, meeting residents and working with vendors.
Managing your team is the single most important task you’ll have. Ensuring your team members are educated, motivated and working well together is really the key to a well-run community.
Some days, it’s time to party! You’ll get to help plan and host resident functions to get to know our residents better and let them have a great time.
