Well-established commercial janitorial services company has opportunities for those seeking regular employment assignments cleaning commercial buildings as well as the following:
A candidate interested in working as a "floater" to cover assignments when normally assigned employees are not available. This position requires a candidate willing and able to work in different locations during the week as needed. Hours and days of the week worked may vary.
Candidates interested in working on "apartment turnovers" to prepare the apartment for new tenants or showing to potential tenants. This requires an individual with significant attention to detail and able to work a varied but busy schedule, particularly April through July.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Cleaning work areas, break rooms, and common areas including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and wiping down counters.
Sanitizing restrooms including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down sinks, brushing down toilets, cleaning mirrors, emptying trash, and filling soap and paper dispensers.
Emptying trash throughout facility.
Other related cleaning tasks.
Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Qualified candidates have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, customer service skills and work well in both a team environment and independently.
