Apartment Complex Seeking General
Maintenance Superintendent Perform maintenance service requests. Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments. Responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and , parking lots and other community buildings and common areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Superintendent will be responsible for common area and apartment repairs.
The Superintendent will handle all aspects of the property's maintenance, interior and exterior building inspections, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot repair and maintenance issues involving units.
Work with office team to ensure all turn-over repairs and services are completed and on schedule.
Maintain accurate records for preventative maintenance-building mechanicals, service requests and apartment turn-over status.
Communication with office is imperative. Must work as team.
Respond to after-hours on-call emergencies.
Stay current on all applicable building codes and safety standards.
Maintain trash. Cleaning.
Other duties as assigned.
