You will leverage your extensive experience in HR, recruitment, and training to support our team members and clients to achieve the desired HR goals. This role involves collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, training, and support for our team members and client network.Salary Range: $85,000- $95,000 rangeAbout the Position:Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor support accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive the necessary resources and support.
HR Expertise:
Conducting needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge or skills
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations
Managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
Managing performance evaluation processes and providing guidance and support to managers and employees
Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination laws
Managing employee records and maintaining accurate HR databases
Collaborating with managers and executives to develop workforce plans and strategies
Utilize HR best practices to assist clients with workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management
Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and regulations
Recruitment:
Support clients in identifying and attracting top talent
Assist clients in recruiting and onboarding new employees
Collaborate with clients to create effective recruitment strategies
Assist in the development of job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate assessment
Training and Development:
Developing training materials and resources, including instructional manuals, presentations, and online modules
Designing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, or webinars
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics
Collaborating with subject matter experts to create specialized training content
Keeping up with industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs are effective and relevant
Liaising with internal teams and dealers to understand their training needs and goals
Adapting training strategies to meet the unique requirements of various groups
Managing training budgets, resources, and schedules
Performance Analysis:
Analyze clients performance data and collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvement
Implement strategies to enhance dealer sales and operational performance
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and training
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree is a plus
SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP
Previous experience in managing dealer relationships is highly desirable
