As the Program Manager, you will support your team of Residence Managers while providing training and fostering team building, creating a positive and productive work environment at each site. You will also be responsible for ensuring safety compliance for residents living at the sites as well as the Direct Support Professionals who work there. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field plus two to four years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities.
Alternatively, related Associate's Degree with four years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities.
A valid NYS driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier.
