Production Operations Specialist (Pharmaceutical)

We are looking for skilled Pharmaceutical Production Operations Specialists (multiple shifts available) to join our team and play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of packaging equipment within a dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Operate advanced equipment through HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) to ensure smooth production operations.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot various packaging equipment, ensuring high efficiency and minimal downtime.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with equipment to maintain production schedules.

Program, adjust, and monitor packaging equipment according to procedural and GMP guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area by using appropriate cleaning methods and tools, following SOPs.

Keep accurate documentation of inspections, equipment cleaning, and maintenance activities, including logbooks and batch records.

Utilize analytical skills to identify and resolve equipment or process-related issues.

Assist management with data analysis, report writing, investigations, and other assigned tasks.

Support team development through training, mentoring, and coaching of team members to improve overall performance.

Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and be flexible to work overtime or additional days as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical technologies, particularly within packaging equipment.

Familiarity with production maintenance practices and procedures, especially in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Proficiency in operating specialized equipment, with a focus on packaging machinery.

Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to coach, counsel, and provide leadership within the team.

Ability to interpret a variety of written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled instructions.

Skilled in presenting information effectively and responding to questions from managers, coworkers, and other stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and coordinate various activities simultaneously.

Adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Required Education & Experience:

Associate degree in electrical and mechanical technologies, or a combination of relevant experience and education.

3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or a similar field, with a focus on operations in a regulated environment.
