Coordinate vendor oversight reviews
Support Operations vendor management team by preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing documentation
Work closely with Corporate Sourcing and Procurement to coordinate and create purchase orders and change orders
Administer access to licensed vendor platforms
Reconcile and process vendor billing
Maintain team production calendar
Provide relationship and oversight support for non-critical vendors
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
The base salary range for this position is $39,000 - $54,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Skilled in Microsoft Office
Organizational and project management skills
Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of operations vendor management experience
Highly motivated, driven, and proactive approach to business needs
Curiosity to understand processes and make recommendations for improvement
