Aerotek is hiring for Field Technician in the Syracuse NY area!Description:
Field technician is responsible for working in teams to build concrete structures in industrial facilities.
They will work with skilled workers to build forms, pour concrete, and brick lay the structures.
Tools used are trowel, level, mixers, floats, hammer, screw drivers, etc.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 hourly based on experienceShift: 7:00AM - 3:30PMLocation - Various jobs across Syracuse.Start date: ASAP!Benefits:
Company sponsored medical, vision, dental, 401k plans. OT: anything after 8 hours is paid at 1.5X. Saturday work paid at 1.5X, Sunday work is paid at 2.0X. Ample OT is available - average worker works 45-50 hours weekly. .58 cents a mile for mileage reimbursement outside of 40 miles of Syracuse.
Meals and Hotels paid for, if traveling. High wage ceiling - skilled workers make north of $30.00 hourly before O.T after a few years of training and work experience.
Built in days off - if they have a long project coming up where they will get their hours in a short period of time, they allow workers to not work for a few days.
Work in the shop 8 hours a day on occasion cleaning equipment, etc. 2nd and3rd shift hourly differentials if worked.
