Data Analyst Job in Syracuse, NY:

We are looking for a creative data analyst who has strong experience in both data visualization and data workflow construction. The Data Analyst collects, interprets, and analyzes data to support the corporate goals and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Data Analyst Job in Syracuse, NY:

Adheres to and helps support established Data Governance policies and procedures.

Prepares and publishes standard reporting, dashboards, etc. for various constituencies throughout the organization.

Provides analytical and statistical support necessary to complete data requests, campaigns, projects and other activities.

Works with business units to define scope and requirements for data requests and conveys those requirements to IT as needed.

Supports and maintains enterprise data sources and systems, where appropriate.

Qualifications of the Data Analyst Job in Syracuse, NY:

- Analyst must be proficient in both Microsoft Suite of Tool including Teams and Power BI - Analyst must have experience working with senior leadership to both comprehend and produce desired outputs - Experience building Power BI dashboards showing multiple visual views of performance with easy drill down capability - Experience developing standard operating procedures and training programs is necessary - Ideally the individual would have strong data analysis capabilities (Excel/pivot tables, etc) that will support ad hoc reporting and data extraction. - Should be comfortable understanding and adapting to company developed systems and integrating those with standard software for reporting.
