Project Controls Lead - Commerical and Finance

Partner with the Cost and Planning to establish a collaborative process to provide accurate and integrated change, schedule, cost and risk data to allow effective Performance Controls including the provision of easily accessible reports to advise on performance, progress and mitigating actionsEffectively communicate schedule performance against baseline, through reporting and presentingSupport the integration of cost and risk information to report integrated project performance and align to Client’s objectivesWork with the project’s stakeholders in the production of validated performance, earned value and percentage completion reports monthlyAccountable for the accurate assessment of Forecast final Cost and impact of events on project timescales, ensuring that earned value techniques and indices are correctly implementedCompare and analyse trends against the original cost estimates and budgets.  Identify opportunities to bring costs in line with estimates and budgets. Also review change proposal estimates as requested, and facilitate provision of an independent estimate for comparison and validation of proposalsEnsuring compliance with contract terms in delivery of the works for consultants and contractors, processing of payments, managing changeThrough coordination of all parties to ensure adherence to expected quality for both the design and construction of the project
